This is an out-of-the-box grilling experience ideal for BBQ lovers! We heat special made, volcanic plates up to 400 degrees Celsius, before presenting a belly busting array of lean meats, tender fish or grilled vegetables.

Due to the extremely high temperatures, the food is cooked super-fast, unlocking all important flavors and aromas that are often lost under slower cooking conditions. The fun of it all is that you get to finish the cooking process at your very own table, medium, rare or well done, exactly as you like it. Green & Grill is a new tasting experience and food preparation offered at our affiliated, neighboring hotel Caldera Beach.

This unique dining experience is not included within the all-inclusive package and a reservation in advance is strongly advisable.
